If you want to contribute to a discussion forum related to the learning resources of your online short course, you can post your contribution directly in the relevant discussion forum link.  

If you need to contact your lecturer to ask about your marks, or to ask for academic assistance which will not be seen by other students on the course, you can email your lecturer from myCourses.

Troubleshooting Checks

With any changes you make, please ensure you have permission to do so if necessary. Milpark Education will not be held liable for any issues that may arise after making a change.


First check that you are using Google Chrome or Internet Explorer 9/10/11. We also recommend that you use a laptop or desktop computer, rather than a mobile device. Check that you have an Internet connection by accessing our home page.

Online short course certificates are issued by Milpark Education, and are posted to students by registered mail on successful completion of their online short course.  

Students who owe the institution money will not receive any correspondence with regard to completion of their course; nor will they be issued a certificate until the account has been paid in full.
