Our Hospitality and Tourism Management short learning programmes can open doors for you in the Hospitality and Tourism industries, and will provide knowledge that can be applied to many other careers. Milpark offers the internationally recognised foundational and intermediate levels. On completion of the short course learning programmes, students will receive a Diploma from the Confederation of Tourism and Hospitality (CTH) who is the UK’s leading professional awarding body for qualification specialising in hospitality and tourism.




After you have successfully completed the formative and summative assessments of all nine subjects, you will be required to complete a final integrated summative assessment (FISA) in order to achieve the full SABPP qualification. Your FISA will also be made up of a knowledge questionnaire and practical activities, which you will complete over a period of a month. Our FISA has a 65% pass mark.
The ICB is a Quality Assurance Partner (QAP) of the Sector Education and Training Authority for Finance, Accounting, Management Consulting and other Financial Services (FASSET SETA). The ICB is an external assessment (examining) body for many of the business qualifications that FASSET awards)
No, it is your responsibility to complete the ICB assessment entry form and submit it to the ICB with your proof of payment for your exams. All learners will receive an email from the ICB to confirm their assessment entry
Yes, exam fees are excluded. Please note that there are a compulsory annual student registration fee that the ICB charges, over and above their assessment fee. In order to receive your portfolios of evidence or be registered for the exams, you must send your assessment entry form and annual student fee to the ICB. If you cancel your scheduled assessment, fees cannot be refunded.
Is the SABPP is a recognized professional body and Education and Training Quality Assurance body for people management qualifications on the National Qualification Framework (NQF) of South Africa. They will conduct a  verification visit to verify learner results and Milpark processes. After successful verification, they are responsible to load your credits on the National Learner Record Database.
Milpark is offering tuition, thus your studies are done through Milpark but the assessments through the ICB. The qualification is examined and certified by the Institute of Certified Bookkeepers (ICB). In other words, this is an ICB qualification, not a Milpark College qualification.)
